You have a tremendous responsibility selecting transportation for your group. Remember many things you cannot see can affect safety and satisfaction.

- Are you a broker?
No. Stout’s is not a third party broker. We own and operate our own vehicles and employ our own drivers.
- Can I visit your office in person?
Absolutely. We welcome clients to come in and see our operation and our equipment.
- Does your company have its own maintenance program?
Yes. Unlike some other motorcoach companies Stout’s has a full service garage with certified mechanics. We are subject to routine and random inspections.
- Can you provide a valid insurance certificate with the required amount of insurance?
Yes. Upon request you will be issued a certificate of insurance with policy coverage. You may also request to be additionally insured.
- What costs are not included in the cost of the charter?
The group is responsible for, when applicable, parking fees, permit fees, driver’s room, and taxi fares for driver to and from hotel to parking area for driver.
Please Note: It is recommended that you ask about motorcoach parking when you reserve your hotel.
- Do I need to tip the driver?
The driver’s gratuity is not included in the cost of the charter, unless otherwise noted. Tipping is optional, however it is customary. As a guideline, the average gratuity is 15% of the cost of the charter.
